The left-hand module integrates a Brazier Oven adapted to function as a charcoal oven, equipped with a door, built-in thermometer, spark arrestor, 2 cooking grates, air draft regulator, and turbo-ember system, together with a motorized rodizio system with 5 skewers. The right-hand module features a second motorized rodizio system with 7 skewers and a motorized lamb roasting kit with a side handwheel.
