In addition, it is easy to extract the drawers thanks to its new opening system by counterweights instead of springs, which greatly facilitates lifting and cleaning, avoiding burns and breakdowns. On the other hand, they have a grease trap hidden inside the door.

We subject all our ovens to the most demanding tests to ensure that they comply with current European Economic Community safety regulations, thanks to which they are CE marked.

All our designs can be fitted with a draught regulator to adjust the temperature, an air injection system (turbo embers), easy opening... essential details that guarantee the versatility of the charcoal ovens, as well as safety and savings in consumption.
